Asian Martini

This version of the Asian Martini originally was born from one of the employees here at Barkonsult who wanted to create a cocktail including Wihayo. He gave it some sweetness, blossom from the japanese spiced Mancino Sakura, bitters and voila. The Asian Martini was born!

Ingredients

• 30 ml Wihayo Soju⁠

• 20 ml Mancino Sakura Vermouth⁠

• 1 dash The Bitter Truth Peach Bitters

• 2 ml MONIN Cane Sugar Syrup

• Glassware: Rona Coupe á Liqueur 75 ml⁠

Step 1

Add the ingredients listed to a mixing glass.

Step 2

Add ice and stir.

Step 3

Strain into glass.
