Aviation
The Aviation is a classic Gin cocktail which dates back to the turn of the 20th century. However, it was forgotten for many years since the drinks primary ingredient, crème de violette liqueur, disappeared from the market during the 60s. The cocktail have now gotten back to where it belongs among the famous list of gin based cocktails.
Ingredients
• 40 ml Brooklyn Gin
• 15 ml Maraschino liqueur
• 7,5 ml The Bitter Truth Violet
• 15 ml Lemon juice
• Glass: Nude Remy Savage Pony Coupe 135 ml
• Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
Step 1
Add the ingredients listed in a shaker.
Step 2
Add ice and shake.
Step 3
Strain into a Coupette.
Step 4
Garnish.
