Negroni Highball
A summer riff of the Negroni, lengthen with Pink Grapefruit Soda.
Ingredients
• 20 ml Bluecoat Gin
• 20 ml Rinomato Bitter Scuro
• 20ml Mancino Rosso Vermouth
• Top up with Three Cents Pink Grape Soda
• Glass: NUDE Finesse Hi-Ball 445 ml
• Garnish: Botanica Dehydrated Orange
Step 1
Add the ingredients (except the soda) listed to a mixing glass.
Step 2
Add ice and stir.
Step 3
Strain into higball glass and top up with soda.
Step 4
Give a quick stir to mix and garnish.
