Tangerine Ginger Fizz
Originally from China and Vietnam, the tangerine has long been used in Chinese medicine, recognized for its energizing virtues and characterized by its sweet, soft and juicy flavours.
We've made a twist on the gin fizz by adding tangerine puree from MONIN!
Ingredients
• 50ml Old Tom Gin
• 20ml Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine
• 20ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Top with Three Cents Ginger Beer
• Garnish with tangerine wedges
How to:
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake. Fine strain into a highball glass and top it up with ginger beer. Garnish and serve!
