Winter Festive Mimosa

The rich and warming notes of ginger, cinnamon and clove with the sweet taste of tangerine makes for a perfect winter cocktail! Maybe this will be a new favourite at the Christmas table?

• 20ml Monin Tangerine Purée

• 5ml Monin Winter Spice syrup (optional)

• Top with champagne

• Glass: Onis Speakeasy Champagne 170ml

How to:

Build all the ingredients into a chilled flute. Stir lightly to combine the purée and champagne.
