After maturing for 12 years, the agave is transformed into a rich and complex mezcal using traditional Oaxacan methods, including underground volcanic stone ovens and tahona stone grinding.
Bottled at 48% ABV, this mezcal delivers a robust yet smooth profile, enhanced by double distillation in copper stills. Its bold, earthy notes and refined finish make it an exceptional choice for sipping.
Produced by Gregorio Martínez Jarquín at the renowned De Cortés distillery in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, each bottle is part of a limited-edition batch, ensuring a distinctive and exclusive experience.
