Pisco 1615 Puro Italia is distilled exclusively from Italia grapes, one of the most aromatic varieties authorised for pisco production. Distilled once and rested for six months, it offers a clear and expressive style with a soft, composed profile.

The aroma presents fresh fruit notes such as peach, tangerine and lime, complemented by light floral tones and subtle hints of honey and dried fruit. On the palate, it opens warm and rounded, with citrus and gentle sweetness carrying through to a balanced, lingering finish.

Bottled at 42% ABV, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or used in cocktails where aromatic clarity is desired without overpowering other ingredients.
