Ingredients
• 15ml le Sirop de Monin Pear
• 10ml le Sirop de Monin Vanilla
• 120ml prosecco
• 20ml dry vermouth
• 15ml lemon juice

Pour the syrups into a large wine glass filled with ice cubes. Add remaining ingredients and top with prosecco. Stir gently. Garnish and serve.
