Pink Grapefruit Collins

A riff of the classic cocktail Tom Collins with Monin Pink Grapefruit syrup served in a highball.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Brooklyn Gin

• 30 ml Lemon juice

• 20 ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup

• Splash of Two Cents Plain Soda water

• Glass: Libbey Levitas Hi-Ball 343 ml

• Garnish: Botanica Lime wheel

Step 1

Add the ingredients listed in a shaker (except Soda water).

Step 2

Add ice and shake.

Step 3

Strain into a chilled highball glass.

Step 4

Top up with soda water, give a quick stir to mix and garnish.
