Ingredients
• 15ml Monin Watermelon syrup
• 30ml Cognac
• 10ml Italian Bitter
• 30ml apple juice
• 10ml fresh lemon juice
• 30ml egg white
• 1 pinch of cinnamon
How to:
Pour the ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice, a sliced apple and a cinnamon stick.
