Raspberry French Martini
The French Martini has been a modern favourite since the '80s — elegant, fruity, and surprisingly simple. This version keeps everything you love, but with a slightly lighter twist thanks to Monin Raspberry Syrup.
A lighter take on the drink
Swapping out raspberry liqueur for syrup doesn’t just reduce the alcohol content — it gives the drink a cleaner, more vibrant berry flavour that plays beautifully with pineapple juice and vodka. The result is just as smooth and crowd-pleasing, but a little brighter, a little fresher, and perhaps even a bit more versatile.
Whether you’re shaking up something for brunch or want a familiar classic with a softer touch, this French Martini variation delivers on both flavour and balance.
