Aegean Spritz

Step into the spotlight with the Spritz, the true hero of the Aperitivo scene. Originating in the 1800s in the heart of Veneto, Italy, the Spritz has gracefully evolved over time. Its first makeover happened in the early 1990s when carbonated water siphons became a game-changer, adding a delightful sparkle to the classic concoction.

Fast forward to today, and the Spritz has matured, boasting an endless array of creative additions. In this rendition, we draw inspiration from the Aegean tonic, infusing the drink with the aromatic dance of cucumber and basil.
