Cherry sling

A sling-version of the classic Sidecar cocktail, made with cognac, triple sec orange liqueur and lemon juice. In this Barkonsult twist we top it up with cherry soda and garnish with Maraschino cherries.

Ingredients

• 40ml Cognac

• 10ml Triple Sec Orange liqueur

• Three Cents Cherry Soda

• Garnish: Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

• Glass: Levitas Hi-ball

How to:

Combine the ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with Maraschino cherries.
