Lavender and Elderflower sorbet
A delicious dessert to try this weekend! Both lavender and elderflower have a sweet and honey taste which perfectly balances the acidity of the citrus.
Ingredients
• 20ml Monin Lavender syrup
• 10ml Monin Elderflower syrup
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• Lemon sorbet
How to:
Pour all the ingredients except the sorbet into a coupe glass. Stir and top with a scoop of lemon sorbet. Serve!
