American Trilogy
Adapted from a recipe created in 2007 by Richard Boccato and Michael McIlroy at the Little Branch Bar in New York City, USA.
Ingredients
• 25 ml Laird’s Bonded Applejack
• 25 ml Few Rye Whiskey
• 7,5 ml Muscovado sugar syrup
• 2 dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitter
• Glass: Healey OF Tumbler 260 ml
• Garnish: Orange Zest
Step 1
Add the ingredients listed to a mixing glass.
Step 2
Add ice and stir.
Step 3
Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Step 4
Garnish.
