Elderflower Champagne

Nothing more festive than a Champagne cocktail, right? This one is made with Elderflower and Gin and is great for any celebration.

Ingredients

• 20ml Elderflower syrup or liqueur

• 15ml Champagne or sparkling wine

• 20ml Dry Gin

• 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

• Garnish: lemon peel

• Glass: Perception Flute

How to:

Shake gin, elderflower syrup (Use elderflower liqueur for a less sweet cocktail), and lemon juice with ice. Fine strain into a chilled glass and top with Champagne.
