Iced Mexican Coffee

This recipe was made by our colleagues in Norway using the world's first coffee mezcal: Ojo de Dio Odd café, a part of our Norwegian spirits catalog. A blend of Espadin Mezcal and Mexican Arabica coffee grown by the Maia Bautista family in the mountains of Oaxaca.

If you're not swinging by Oslo any time soon, using Mr Black and ⁠Bruxo will taste just as good! Sidenote: it was Barkonsult's most popular drink at this year's Norse Bar Show.

Ingredients

• 20ml coffee liqueur

• 20ml Mezcal

• 80ml cold brew coffee

• 10ml Monin Agave syrup

• White chocolate cream:

• 100ml cream

• 10ml Monin White Chocolate syrup

How to:

White chocolate cream: Mix the cream with White Chocolate syrup and pour on top.
