Kir Royale
Looking for some drink inspiration for New Years eve? This French classic is easy to make, and even easier to drink.
This cocktail is a sparkling version of the Kir Apéritif, believed to have been made in 1904 at the Café George in Dijon, France. A true favourite through the years, for very good reasons.


Ingredients
• 20ml Crème de Cassis or blackcurrant syrup
• 120ml Champagne or Prosecco
How to:
Pour the syrup in a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine. Serve.
