Toreador Highball
Looking to make a tequila cocktail that isn't a Margarita or Paloma? Try this classic, first mentioned in the Café Royale Cocktail Book in 1937 – predating the first written Margarita recipe. It's a combination of apricot brandy, fresh lime and tequila.
In this Barkonsult version we've made it into a highball, adding Mandarin & Bergamot soda. Enjoy!
